-Dear Parents And Families-

BeaTPAC is almost here. We are so excited to see all of you and plan to have the most fun ever.

Check in will begin at 8am on Monday, June 22. The orientation meeting will begin at 8:20am. If you are the parent of a returning camper and do not plan to attend the orientation meeting, please be sure to come in with your camper to check in and pick your car pass.

Major Change: The time for the BeaTPAC showcase scheduled for July 2 has been moved from 4pm to 1pm. We hope this will not be too much of an inconvenience. Due to the extremely high cost of air conditioning during the late afternoon hours, the St. Johns County School System has decided that a/c cannot be provided. In order to keep all of our campers, staff members, and audience members comfortable, we have no alternative but to make this change. No air conditioning in the late afternoon in July would not be pleasant for anyone. Our number one priority is to ensure your camper’s well-being. By moving the time for the show, we know all of our campers will have fun and excel during the performance in a comfortable, well air conditioned auditorium.

Thank you for your understanding!

We can't wait to see everyone soon for BeaTPAC 2015: "A Friend Like Me"!
